He has been an Associate Pastor, a member of a contemporary Christian music group, a daily speaker for the Practical Christian Living radio broadcast, Chaplain of Tarant County Junior College, Associate Evangelist with the Lee Castro Evangelistic Association, and an interim pastor in Tucson, Arizona. For 20 years he traveled across America conducting revival meetings and Bible conferences. For 15 years, Billy was married to Kathy, who died of a brain tumor in 1994. He is currently Pastor of Evangelism at First Baptist North Mobile. Billy is also a clinic teacher for Evangelism Explosion IV International.

Since January, 1998, Billy Graham has served First Baptist North Mobile as Pastor of Evangelism. In fulfillment of the responsibility given to the evangelist as seen in Eph. 4:11, Billy’s primary tasks includes equipping the saints for the purpose of ministry by training men and women, not only to share their faith with others, but enabling them to train others to do the same. In addition, Billy seeks to fulfill his call to North Mobile through counseling, and teaching a four-week cyclical class called, “New Beginnings.” This class is designed to help new believers understand the basics of finding God’s Will, Prayer, Bible Study and following Christ.
